House painters in Lake Nona, Orlando
Medical City pulls people into Lake Nona from out of state constantly — and almost every relocation buyer has the same reaction at closing: whose idea was this flat white? We paint entire interiors in the window between closing and moving day, while the house is still empty.

The empty-house window
Once your furniture is in, every wall costs more to paint right — masking, moving, working around your life. Before it arrives, a whole Laureate Park or Eagle Creek interior is a fast, clean job with nothing in the way. It's genuinely the cheapest a perfect paint job will ever be for that house.
If you're relocating, you don't need to be here for it. We do the color consult over video, confirm the plan by text, and send progress photos at the end of each day. You land in Orlando with the house already in your colors.
Timing it
The ideal call: your closing date is firm, the movers are booked a week out, and you message us in that gap. We walk the house the day after closing, quote same day, and paint the gap. Miss the window and it's still worth doing — just budget the extra masking time.

Questions
Straight answers
We just closed — how fast can you paint before move-in?+
That's our most common Lake Nona call. An empty 3–4 bedroom home is typically a 3–5 day job from walkthrough to walkthrough-complete. Reach out as soon as your closing date is firm and we'll hold the week.
Why paint while the house is empty?+
No furniture to move and mask means less labor and a lower price for the same result. It's also the only time every wall, corner and closet is fully accessible. Empty-house scheduling is the cheapest quality paint job you'll ever buy.
Do you know the Laureate Park and Eagle Creek communities?+
Yes — we work across Laureate Park, Eagle Creek, Village Walk and Northlake Park regularly, including exterior repaints where the originals are coming due on their 10-year cycle.
I relocated from out of state. How does the process work remotely?+
A lot of our Lake Nona clients are Medical City relocations. We can do the color consultation by video, quote from photos and floor plans, and text you progress photos each day of the job. You arrive to a finished house.
Is my builder's paint really that thin?+
Check a corner behind where furniture will sit. Builder paint is usually a single sprayed coat of flat with touch-up sheen mismatches. It's meant to pass a walkthrough, not to be scrubbed — repainting within a few years is normal here.
