Kissimmee, FL — Interior & Exterior

Paint thatfeels like home

Scrape, sand, patch, caulk, prime — the unglamorous hours nobody photographs. That's why our finishes still look sharp after the Florida sun has had a few years at them.

What we do

How it works

Simple, honest, done right

  1. 01

    Free Estimate

We walk your space, listen to what you want, and give you a clear, honest quote — usually same day. No pressure, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Heavy-Duty Prep

The part most painters rush — and the part we obsess over. We pressure-wash, scrape, sand, caulk, patch, and repair every surface, then mask and cover everything that isn't getting painted.

  3. 03

    Flawless Finish

Premium paint, even coats, razor-sharp lines. We don't cut corners and we don't leave drips.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough & Cleanup

We walk it with you, fix anything you spot, and leave your home cleaner than we found it. The best experience you'll have with a contractor — guaranteed.

The

DLS Promise

Your time and your home should never be taken for granted. So here's what we swear to, in writing, on every job.

  • Show up when we say we will — with a real start and finish time.
  • Cover, mask, and protect every floor, fixture, and shrub before we open a can.
  • Do the prep nobody sees: scrape, sand, patch, caulk, prime.
  • Leave your place cleaner than we found it. Every single day.
  • Come back and make it right if anything isn't perfect.

Why us

Let's flip the script on blue collar

DLS Painting started with a simple belief: your home deserves the same care we'd give our own.

We're a local Central Florida team — not a faceless franchise — so we show up on time, do the unglamorous prep work right, and stand behind every job. When you call, you get a real person. When we finish, you get work you're proud to show off.

That's the whole promise.
