House painters in St. Cloud, Florida
The east side of St. Cloud — the 34771 and 34772 growth corridor — is one of the newest housing markets in the region, with homes built around 2020. New doesn't mean finished: builder-grade paint starts showing its shortcuts within a few years, and resale churn keeps the paint trucks busy.

New house, tired paint
Walk a 2020-built home in Twin Lakes or off Narcoossee and look closely: sheen patches where the builder's painter touched up, nail pops, caulk lines that shrank after the first Florida summer. The paint passed the walkthrough; it was never meant to live under. Repainting a few years in is normal here, and done properly — patches, caulk, real coats — it's the last time you'll think about it for a decade.
The other half of our St. Cloud work is pre-listing. When you're selling in a market this active, fresh neutral paint is the one update with an actual deadline — and we build our schedule backward from your photo date.
Actually local
Our shop is in Kissimmee — St. Cloud is a straight shot down 192, not an expedition from Orlando. Walkthroughs happen this week, crews are on site when we say, and if something needs a touch-up after, we're minutes away, not a week out.

"Our 2021 build had touch-up patches all over the walls. They fixed every nail pop, recaulked, and repainted — the house finally looks finished."

"Needed the interior refreshed before our listing photos. They worked backward from our photo date and finished with two days to spare. Sold in a weekend."

Questions
Straight answers
Why is paint already failing on a 2020-built house?+
Builder-grade paint is a single thin sprayed coat applied as fast as possible. Within a few years it scuffs, shows touch-up sheen patches, and stains won't wash off. On the east side of St. Cloud especially, afternoon sun on west-facing walls accelerates it.
Do you cover the 34771 and 34772 growth corridors?+
Yes — Narcoossee Road corridor, Twin Lakes, and the newer subdivisions east of town are regular stops for us. We're based in Kissimmee, so we're genuinely local to St. Cloud, not commuting from Orlando.
We're listing our home — how fast can you refresh the interior?+
Pre-listing refreshes are usually a 2–4 day job: walls, trim, and any patching the photographs would catch. Tell us the listing or photo date and we'll build the schedule backward from it. Fresh paint is the one pre-listing update with a real deadline.
Do newer homes still need prep before painting?+
They need different prep: nail pops, drywall seams that telegraph, caulking that shrank in the first Florida summer, and touch-up sheen mismatches. All fixable — but they have to be fixed before color goes on, not hidden under it.
Can you paint exteriors in St. Cloud too?+
Absolutely. The older Lake Toho-area homes need classic stucco prep and crack sealing, and the newer builds are reaching their first repaint cycle now. Either way it starts with a wash and an honest look at the surfaces.
