House painters in Winter Garden & Horizon West
Horizon West is the biggest market we work: roughly 32,800 homes, most built after 2015. Almost nothing out here needs exterior paint — what every one of these houses needs is the builder-grade flat white replaced with colors you actually chose.

Builder white isn't a choice
New construction paint is one thin coat of flat, sprayed fast, and touched up with a different sheen than the walls around it. It scuffs when you breathe on it. Within a couple of years of moving into Hamlin or Independence, most owners want real color, a wipeable eggshell, and walls that don't show every patch job the builder's painter rushed.
The best window to do it is the one between closing and moving day — an empty house paints in days and costs less. That's the call we get most in Winter Garden: "we close Friday, can you paint next week?"
Paint before the truck
Empty rooms mean no masking around furniture, no moving day scuffs to paint over, and every corner accessible. If you're closing on a Horizon West home, one call between contract and key handoff saves you both money and hassle — and you walk into a house that already feels like yours.

"Builder paint scuffed so easily. Two years in, they repainted everything in a soft eggshell and did our office in a deep green. Night and day."

"Accent wall plus nursery, done in two days with the exact finish date they promised. The lines around the accent wall are perfect."

Questions
Straight answers
Why should I repaint a house that's only a few years old?+
Because builder-grade paint is one thin coat of flat white sprayed to pass a walkthrough, not to live under. Horizon West owners typically repaint within 2–5 years to get actual color and a washable finish on their walls.
Is it easier to paint before or after we move in?+
Before — by a lot. An empty house means no furniture to move and mask, which makes the job faster and cheaper. If your closing date is set, book us for the week between closing and your moving truck.
Can you do accent walls and home offices?+
That's most of what we paint in Winter Garden. Accent walls, a moody office color, a nursery on a deadline — single-room jobs get the same prep and the same written finish date as whole homes.
What neighborhoods do you cover here?+
All of Horizon West — Hamlin, Independence, Summerport, Waterleaf — plus downtown Winter Garden, Lakeview Reserve, and Oakland. If you're in the 34787, you're inside our regular loop from Kissimmee.
Will an interior repaint help when we sell?+
It's the highest-return update before listing. Fresh neutral paint photographs better, shows better, and buyers read a fresh interior as a maintained home. If you have a listing date, we build the schedule around it.
